The WebMoney payment system itself is a way older organization than Bitcoin itself, of course lacking one thing - decentralization point. But its not a big problem since it makes life for Bitcoin users a way easier - a step closer to what currency should look like.

Maybe WebMoney itself isn't the easiest way to transfer money since it requires sign-ups and many beaurecrautic moments which makes it really hard to use for a usual user.
