Omegle History. Jun 25, 2013

You're now chatting with a random stranger. Say hello!
You both like Chinese.
Stranger: Hi m
You: him23
Stranger: M 23
You: haha
You: where'reyoufrom?
Stranger: Ya lol
Stranger: India
You: awesome country :)
You: yesterday read in Jack Welch book about it
Stranger: Well not that awesome
Stranger: But we r doing ok
You: hah :) Well Jack Welch written that he was accepted by the highest standards in India by some entrepreneur from India who wanted to ensure that Jack Welch will get only positive impressions
You: and they managed to do that - the day Jack Welch visited India he didn't understood whether it was dream or not
You: and of course its affected on the way he invested into country later
You: (he was GE CEO)
Stranger: Yaa that's the thing u see
Stranger: If we want we can do wonders we know, but we dont
Stranger: I know jack welch
You: some people do
Stranger: He bought the outsourcing concept to india
Stranger: N we r still cashing on it
Stranger: Whearas china has excelled in manufacturing n technology
Stranger: India still largely remain a service provider to most of the industries
You: Like what? Telemarketing? ;)
You: :D
Stranger: Yaa call centers
You: how about science?
You: I've heard United States hugely rely on Indian scientists
Stranger: Yaa that's bevause they work their for them
You: esp. in a industrial chemistry
Stranger has disconnected.

I don't know what happened, but probably Indian ISP aren't that stable, its very sad Omegle doesn't have options like "Request Contact" - once you lose connection with stranger, it lost forever, doesn't matter how long you were speaking to stranger :)

Facebook: Remove or Remove.

You can see from this screenshot, that when you point your mouse on "pen" sign above your post, you see the sign "Edit or Remove".

How often you wrote something wrong on your wall and wanted to immediately change it? I think many frequent facebook users would be glad to have an opportunity to edit their own texts - everybody has opportunity to edit their comments under your posts, why you wouldn't have opportunity to edit your post?

No, its better to complicate things by misleading us into some weird menu which even doesn't has "promised" Edit option (as stated in "Edit or Remove" sign) Btw why they didn't called it "Remove or Remove", since there's no Edit and no Remove button in offered menu options, there's only Delete option:

See, that's all they can provide us. Don't edit your posts, just delete them then repost them again.
I have nothing against prohibiting users to edit posts, I just really hate when interface isn't predictable, in this case I in particular don't like the "Edit or Remove" sign which kinda lies to you that you can edit this post, while in fact you can only "Delete..." it.

InM... Waiting for major interface upgrade from facebook mostly to fix all of the annoying old interface problems and absence of flexibility.

Omegle History. Jun 24, 2013

You're now chatting with a random stranger. Say hello!
You both like Music.
Stranger: hi
You: hi
Stranger: how are you stranger
You: really good
You: wbu
Stranger: bored
Stranger: but fine
You: don't be bored
Stranger: been drinking all weekend
You: its all depends on how open you are to new thoughts
You: snap that's gross
You: :)
Stranger: i agree
Stranger: maybe
You: where are you from?
Stranger: But beeing open to new thouhghts doesnt meen that you will not be bored
Stranger: *mean
Stranger: Czech republic.. and you?
You: Antarctic
Stranger: Cool
Stranger: really far away
You: I thought that its possible to not be bored when you want it
Stranger: Sure, that is possible
Stranger: but sometimes it´s good to be bored
Stranger: just to think about different things
Stranger: and doing nothing, and listen to some music
You: well bored could be negative feeling too
You: yeah its some form of laziness
You: when you're bored, then it mostly means you're successful person
You: since you've got a lots of time
Stranger: it´s important to know both sides of life.. you have to be happy sometimes and sometimes you gotta be sad
Stranger: haha
Stranger: never thought about it that way
You: how old are you?
You: what is your gender?
You: I'm 24 years old male
Stranger: 20, guy
You: what is your interests
You: I mean something really exciting or probably plans
Stranger: music, books, movies
Stranger: drinking
Stranger: playing guitar
Stranger: i am simple person
You: haha drinking, nice hobby
You: I suppose you're drinking not the Coca-Cola
You: because I've heard its not good for health
Stranger: Coca-Cola is like the worst thing on earth you can possibly drink
Stranger: even alcohol is less bad for you
You: yeah I would probably agree: I got my dog three years ago because I was drunk in a pet store. We had nine cats at the time. The cats started hiding the alcohol after that.
You: its hard to agree with this especially when you drank it your whole life
Stranger: mostly while drinking alcohol
Stranger: but i try to avoid cola
You: (I mean I'm number first consumer of Coca-Cola in my city in past)
Stranger: be proud
Stranger: how can you be number one in drinking cola?
You: on consuming it per month maybe
You: or among friends maybe
You: or among neighbors
You: relatively higher than it supposed to be
You: well maybe average
You: don't know
Stranger: relatively higher means what? how much you drink per day?
You: well probably 2 liters per day
Stranger: enjoy
You: hah
You: it was in past
You: what's your plan for the next few hours? is it night or day out there?
You: in Czech
Stranger: right now, it´s 23:07
Stranger: but i am going to sleep very, very late
You: me too, its 3:11am here
Stranger: don´t want to go to sleep earlier
You: but I don't feel like want to sleep until 5 am
You: and I have to go to job in 2 hours already
Stranger: i know what you mean
You: i.e. in 5 am
Stranger: that sucks
Stranger: what is your job?
You: not really
You: I'm installing the communication systems
You: antenas and stuff
Stranger: well i hate going to jobs and beeing there.. i hate the whole process of making money.. but in these times, it´s Necessary
You: well its not the times :)
You: its the way our society works))
Stranger: i suck so hard at manual work
You: I believe that with proper organization we could make everybody on earth have equal amount of money between all the people
You: receiving each month
Stranger: we are animals.. animals thinking a little more then four legs animals
You: without work
You: yeah, exactly
Stranger: that´s the thing.. it is possible
Stranger: we could really make it that way
Stranger: but it´s not gonna happen
You: :)
You: but it would definitely make everybody lazier than they are right now
Stranger: why not?
You: :)
Stranger: what´s the point of constant routine?
You: speaking in terms of HR it is really useful for business
You: when you have constant flow of people who will do whatever you want for little money
You: isn't it heaven for those who have lots of resources? :D
Stranger: people dont need money.. they think they need it
You: sure
Stranger: of course
You: well there's 5% or little more now of those who's enjoying this :)
Stranger: you know it´s pretty funny and sad.. you can think about it whole life.. whole life of questions.. why society shouldnt be like this and why should be like this.. why we are doing this and not this
You: they will be first who will dislike any changes
Stranger: it´s all useless.. i think that ultimate goal of your life is beeing happy.. simple, yet difficult
You: now let's see it from the other side: there is a huge deficit in some fields
You: deficit in workforce
You: and some businesses are happy to pay people there a way higher than average, just to cover those positions
You: such thing can happen only when people are happy enough and have conditions to not take those deficit positions
You: because nobody force people to cover those deficit
Stranger: yeah, you are right.. but you´re not feeling me
You: happiness may sound as a good goal when you haven't got enough peace
Stranger: i was saying.. that being happy, is the most beatiful thing... the way, how you are gonna achieve it, is difficult
Stranger: nowadays.. people arent really doing what they would love to do
Stranger: not enough dreams
Stranger: only generations of people feeding economic of each state
Stranger: so more things can be sold and bought
You: yeah, probably we're on different emotional levels, because I always felt happy, except for times when its really hard or health problems
You: by "really hard" I mean severe financial situations
Stranger: i am happy as well
Stranger: just ,sad´´ from what i see and hear
Stranger: dissapointed i guess
Stranger: from society in general
Stranger: that doesnt mean i am crying in corner every night.. but i wish i could see different world
You: "only generations of people feeding economic of each state" what does that means?
You: http://fb.com/earlfox.com
Stranger: That means.. there is milions of people working and earning money
Stranger: and the whole procces is repeating
You: yep, money oriented economy
You: economy where money represents every goods we make
You: where money is all of our resources
Stranger: right
Stranger: but that means
Stranger: if you live in country, where money oriented economy is standart
Stranger: money itself would become the most important thing
Stranger: and that´s, what i dissagre with
You: yeah
You: well that's what everybody complain about
You: the most disagree with this are the people who fight for nature
You: Green Peace & stuff
Stranger: they are annoying
You: :)
Stranger: i feel bad for nature too, but these guys are assholes
Stranger: of course it´s awesome, when they want to help
Stranger: i kinda support them sometimes.. but dont wanna talk with them, see the, protesting anything
Stranger: i find them naive so much
You: did you watched Zeitgeist movie?
You: Me and my friends are fans of this movie
You: it has 2 and 3 part which discusses exactly these money problems
Stranger: yeah.. i´ve seen all of them
Stranger: not sure if there is Zeitgeist 4 alredy out
You: me too
Stranger: but Zeitgeist 3 was free on youtube
You: I thought all of them are free
Stranger: of course they are.. but i am not sure if on youtube
Stranger: dosnt matter
Stranger: Zeitgeist has nice messaged.. and lots of people got that right
Stranger: which is great
You: I felt smarter in 17,18,19 and 20 that was the age I watched this movie
You: 21-23 it is the ages where I worked hard a lot for sake of other people
Stranger: what were you doing?
You: now it brought me to the point where I feel that I've spent few years for nothing
You: just working :)
You: having fun, working
You: of course I'm constantly thinking about my own projects
You: I worked in a datacentre
You: supported servers
Stranger: Sounds good
You: worked as a sales person before it
Stranger: i work as a bartender now
You: did had a lots of other places to work
Stranger: i was studying university this year.. but i quit
You: mostly within the technology & communications field
You: why
You: why did you quit?
You: which year?
You: well yeah sure its a good decision
You: but why
Stranger: Well
Stranger: because i havent got anything from it... i was studying.. i didnt feel like it was something, what would be teaching me
Stranger: i didnt feel shit from it
Stranger: just informations, teachers
Stranger: no life.. students were studying philosophy, but they werent event thinking about it.. just learning
Stranger: useless
You: is it easy to purchase a diploma in your country?
You: without studying
Stranger: it is possible, but i would not do it
You: because its unfair?
Stranger: beucase it´s waste of money
You: you don't believe that having a diploma will increase your chances to get a better jobs?
You: or you don't need a better jobs?
You: I believe proper certification records can sound persuasive
Stranger: not really.. having diploma doesnt really means anything.. you need a lot of experiences, that is the thing, you need most right now
You: to some employers
Stranger: at least in my country right now
You: no experience and records are different things
You: e.g. in most countries even salaries are different for those who has or has no diploma
You: yes I agree that diploma itself isn't enough criteria to be hired
You: if your competitor know more than you, then very often it becomes a defining factor
Stranger: why somebody should have more money, just because they have dimploma? it says nothing about them
Stranger: but that´s the way it is supposed to be
You: yes, but some bosses doesn't care about proper examining the knowledge
You: and for many of HR diploma means too much
You: not everybody judges rationally
Stranger: agree
You: many good HR & business owner are "old school" people
You: the ones who used to believe that proper education is everything
You: they never accepted the speech like "choose me over 20 other candidates, because I believe in experience"
Stranger: hate speeches like that
Stranger: btw.. do you like music?
You: yeah
You: but I don't know where I can get more music
You: what is your last track you liked you could recommend me?
You: there's also such a thing: young experts are easily manipulated by the older managers
Stranger: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-Xm7s9eGxU
Stranger: this
You: I've seen it many times, the way they unceremoniously give you things which you wouldn't do if you would have their class, their age and many other classy stuff
Stranger: i cant even imagine myself doing something like manager
Stranger: it´s such unhuman work
Stranger: so pathethic
You: classic beginning
You: :)
Stranger: *unhuman work
You: are you a technician?
Stranger: what do you mean
Stranger: no, i am no
You: I mean that music
Stranger: *not
You: you gave
You: it has a classic beginning
You: I suppose it is classic
Stranger: it is
Stranger: nice piece of classic music
You: I have other standpoint about managing
You: its not unhuman at all
You: its art of working with people
You: and other resources
You: there's such variety of things which you can manage
You: money
You: products
You: logistics
Stranger: sure
You: & other assets
Stranger: but this thing is just not for me
Stranger: send me something you like to listen
You: among the classics I love Symphony 7
You: from bethoven
Stranger: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dfqHLX3hdcs
Stranger: this is beatifull
Stranger: pure magic
Stranger: simple, yet powerfull
You: listening
Stranger: cool
You: well you are technician?
Stranger: you mean like if i am working with computers and stuff?
You: yeah
You: no
You: I mean if you think your mindset isn't manager's then what it is?

You: that's my full list of favorite tracks I listened many times throughout several years
You: there is some random exceptions which I don't know why I put on the list
Stranger: i dont know.. i think i have to find out, what my mind is for
You: I'll tell you how I came to management: I were thoroughly analyzing my technical experiences: and I found out that most of the time I'm trying to solve problems not by learning something myself
You: but by exploiting the others
You: and I opened for myself the whole world of collaboration
You: beginning from building affiliate models everywhere I can
Stranger: well you should learn from others, before being their leader
You: and ending with encouraging the others to perform their work harder
You: following deadlines, office and business jargon - I just one day realized it is my way
You: by learning from the others I meant technical skills
You: sure it is constant process
You: but it isn't the only way you solve the problems
Stranger: i see
You: my whole childhood I've spent reading business books
Stranger: that´s quite sad
You: that what brought me to thought that I can feel business processes
You: quite sad? :) That was my passion
You: I don't regret about such things
Stranger: for me, it seems crazy.. but if it was your passion, and if you liked it, well then bravo.. you found something, that you love
Stranger: it was great to chat with you man
Stranger: but i have to go now
You: last years I'm thinking a lot about meaning of time and understanding that few things are gone forever
You: yeah
You: good bye
You: yeah, it was great
Stranger: believe in what you are doing
Stranger: and be happy man
Stranger: see ya

Awesome Quotes About Growing Old

"For many people, retirement is something that is coming sometime in the future but they don't necessarily feel that it is imminent. The desire or need to retire, however, comes a lot sooner than most people expect. For some, retirement is forced upon them. Mandatory retirement at certain age may not be a corporate policy but corporations use downsizing to get rid of older workers. Workers, particularly those involved in specialized fields or intense manual labor, should also keep in mind that they may lose their ability to perform their jobs and be forced into retirement a lot sooner than they expect. As American boxer Sugar Ray Robinson stated about his retirement at age fourty-two in December 1965, "You always say 'I'll quit when I start to slide,' and then one morning you wake up and realize you've done slid." The fact is whether they retire voluntarily or otherwise, one day many people wake up and don't have a job to go to." Ernie J. Zelinski, How to Retire Happy, Fourth Edition: The 12 Most Important Decisions You Must Make Before You Retire
