The WebMoney payment system itself is a way older organization than Bitcoin itself, of course lacking one thing - decentralization point. But its not a big problem since it makes life for Bitcoin users a way easier - a step closer to what currency should look like.
Opposing Standards
Maybe WebMoney itself isn't the easiest way to transfer money since it requires sign-ups and many beaurecrautic moments which makes it really hard to use for a usual user. The whole world right now not quiet ready for the currency which doesn't offer all of the convenient services which PayPal, mastercard and visa do: like chargebacks, returns, flexible policies and other goods of controlled digital economy.
Not everyone who's owns money understands that shifting responsibility could serve such a bad service to the one who needs freedom.
Who told you that you're the one who's got the freedom to choose that moments - opposing the standards, improving the quality? At the very least - where is that currency which we waited for such a long time? Where is Bitcoin? It sounds even insane in the absence while you're waiting for some movement and without understanding the fact that we are the ones who should make it move.
ATMs for Money Conversion. Bitcoin ATMs
Its pretty hard to understand the whole Bitcoin ATM concept for those who live in Russia: 100 thousand terminals - that is how much cash accepting machines Russians do have here made by QIWI virtual currencies - which is a payment system itself! QIWI Wallets and WebMoney are already integrated and you can easily and almost with NO FEE transfer your funds between those two systems - that means that you're not really into looking for creating Bitcoin ATMs in Russia. The same way if you wish to withdraw your funds there's a CONTACT system which takes only 1.5 % or TinkOFF which provides you a service of 0% - those are pretty developed systems in Russia - and while these systems are exists there's no such a big prawblem with your funds.
Sure, any centralized thing pretty damn uncertain as ufkc. You're too weak to say that.
